I sold my 4s what steeps do I need to do to make shore all my info is off the phone and that is like a new phone .

Go to Settings - General - Reset. And do a factory reset.

That's Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase everything on your phone, leaving it in factory condition. This takes just a few minutes and can be done after you show the buyer that the phone is in working condition.

Do a master rest or flash your phone. Both gives a same result.
