Does anyone know any apps cydia or not that I can change the SMS vibration to make it longer or vibrate twice? Because I'm pretty sure you can't unless you have iOS 4 right ?

Here is a screenshot of sms vibration boost in cydia.

Also if you want to change the vibration lengh of incoming calls, you can use "my profile" in cydia as well.
