Silencer app

Is there an app to dictate the phone to vibrate or even not vibrate? Or to be set to have different silencing options during certain hours like the app timeriffic for android?

I would like an app like that too. I have been lookin for one but found nothing yet. The one i had on android was called sound manager, It controled ringer, notifications, media, and alarm. It was a great app and i used it all the time. Certain times of the day i would have everything turned on for sound and vibrate where other times of the day i had it set only to vibrate or automaticly turned down.
