How did you get black folders?

Magic wallpapers from a site. They don't work well on iOS 10.2 though. I stayed at 10.1.1. just for the wallpapers.
Here's the blue and black one. The resolution on it is very small. If you're on 10.2, the dock and folders may look gray.
