Sharing iPhone folders between two LAN computers

Hello guys,
I don't know if this is the right category for my answer. If it is, fell free to change it.

Me and my collegue at work have a problem. He is a designer and sometimes uses the iPhone (4) to make simple pictures. Then he connects the iPhone to his pc with Windows 7. Our computer are in a LAN. Can I download the picture from his mobile without let him download on his pc first?

Have you got any idea? I tried to log in with his username and password from my pc, but I can't see the iPhone connected.

Under your condition, as described, I don't believe that is possible. Because the mobile device isn't sharable unless Windows 7 or 8 added a feature that I am unaware of.
