Shake to refresh web sites?

Hello, I was wondering if the new 4S does this. I remember the 3G did. Also is there an app to have the iPhone turn on and off automatically? Also, how often should I turn off my iPhone?

I never turn off my phone. Don't really need to unless your having some type of problem. Tho a reboot from time to time is always good...a hard reboot is anyway.

As for shake to refresh...are you sure that wasn't a feature of a specific app..instead of the phone itself?

I know that some apps utilize the "shake to" function for many different things...not just refresh.
