Settings Icon Missing !!

What should I do to get back my settings icon on my phone?

First, you should probably see if it still installed. Type Settings in the search window and see if it shows up. If it does, then you need to check every folder for the icon, because it just doesn't magically disappear.

Now if you are jailbroken, then all bets are off.

Worse case, you will have to hook up to itunes and restore back to stock.....

Thanks for the help.It does appear in the search box but it's icon is not showing up.Why is it like that?

I only know that because my friend's son was messing around with her iPhone and he somehow deleted her settings app as well so, chalk it up to personal experience
