PushTone is a Cydia Tweak which will allow you to set different tones for different application's push notifications. You can set any of the tones which are installed on your phone from Ringtones and System Sounds. You simply go under Notifications in your Settings app, choose an application, and at the bottom you'll be able to set the tone. You can find PushTone in the Cydia Store under the Big Boss Repo for $1.99.
