Roqybt 4 on 3gs having iso 4.2.1 with bb 16.15.00

Hi everyone

I have unfortunately gps problems
I download the program registered but the external gps which is running with the program
Does not transfer the gps coordinates to the relevant navigation program for example igo8,
Waze says waiting for gps
Can some one help me
Or is it because the gps problem with the bb makes is not possible to work with the Roqybt program
So I just wasted money for nothing
