Reverse Cell Phone Lookup?

this is my first post here. Looking for a reverse phone lookup.

Does a reverse phone lookup get information from a land-line and cell phone number? can I use a reverse phone lookup to find a callers name and address?

Any advise ?

You would have to pay for a reverse cell phone look up. I wouldn't think it was worth it because when I did a sample of my own number it didn't show current carrier it showed the old service provider from porting the number two accounts ago. If they don't know the correct cellular provider I wouldn't trust the rest of the paid information.

I do not know of any just Google it and you will see all the "free" sites that want to charge you and then once you see all the paid sites you will realize there probably isn't a good program. I just generally Google the number and see what info I can find.
