New to the group and trying to find an answer to a problem my daughter had with her iPhone 4. It is on iOS 6.1.3. She inadvertently deleted some instant messages that had not been backed-up. Is it possible to recover any of those messages? If she had backed-up then it would not be a problem but some of the third party software (Wondershare)seems to make it look like a recover from the phone itself is possible. I downloaded the program from Wondershare and ran it on recovery from the phone. Everything came up blank. I ran it multiple times with same results.
The customer service at Wondershare say they doubt if their program will do it. I think she is just out of luck on this but wanted to get more information.
