Really need help!!

I tried to update my iphone4s, but then cancelled the update by resetting the phone, it is now not getting past the apple screen. I have tried resetting it again, but no luck, it also is not appesaring on my itunes for me to restore it. Do you have any advice?

Connect your iPhone to your computer using another USB port other than the one you were previously using. Have iTunes opened and running when connecting your iPhone to your computer. iTunes will detect it and this time don't interump the iOS restoration process.
