Ever since my 12 update mine won't acknowledge incoming emails with a tone. I also lost a lot of contacts and many times contacts won't appear when I text even though they are in my contact list. anyone have an explanation or fix?

Remove your iCloud account and re-add it.

Thanks I see the cloud in my setting but I’m missing how to remove it?
