Problems after update to IOS 5 - iphone doesnt start - can anyone please help me???

hey there, I downloaded a custom firmware already jailbroken and hacktivated to install on my iphone (iphone 4).
at first, I was with error 3194 and deleted a line in the Host, in the windows folder toupdate it by Can itunes

when I was installing custom firmware, it seemed that everything would be fine:



but:



he is now stuck in this second screen, and I do not know what to do!
Who has any idea, you know, anything, please tell me!

I'm guessing that's the problem. There is not yet an untethered jailbreak for ios 5.
