Pic messages

Only receive picture texts when I turn on my cellular data, they won't come through with WI-FI. I'm confused. Is that suppose to happen? Any thoughts?

Yup thats how it works.

Unless it's an iMessage, you will need cellular data before you can receive any SMS or MMS.
