Photostream not working

My photostream hasn't been working for months. I've tried logging in and out of iCloud on my phone and laptop loads of times but that hasn't helped.
Any advice?

you need to give more details about whats's happening,i do know that if your devices are not charged to over 20% photos won't stream.

Phone is connected to wifi full battery. Laptop charging. Just comes up with a message that Photostream has stopped working as a windows message. iPhone 4S
