Phone hacked.

Hi can any one give advice how to open locked phone. message saying email someone and pay money to receive code to unlock phone. We can not do anything with it at all. Iphone se.

If you have a Mac or PC, you may be able to restore the phone to factory settings via iTunes. If not, you could give Apple Support a ring. They are very helpful.

Thank you Caroline we will try iTunes again but we are really struggling.

Another thought has occurred to me. If you have an iCloud account and Find my iPhone enabled, you could go to www.icloud.com on a Mac or PC and erase your phone from there.
