Hello again. I’m really happy to be posting this from my iPhone! It’s taken hours! I had to reinstall windows as there were too many problems and finally managed to do a DFU restore. Im ecstatic that all my apps, contacts, emails and everything else are all still there. Am also happy to realise I did actually have an Apple ID which I forgot I had set up when getting the phone so should get to keep my photos (too tired to do that now but they were updating earlier). Huge and humble thanks for all your help! It’s a relief to have got this far even though it’s taken all day!
