Personalised Group Messages?

Hello, does anyone know of a way, or an app that will allow you to send personalised group messages?

ie. "Hi <name>, have a good day."

So if I was sending that message to a few people, it would automatically populate their name?

There is an app called Dear X which does this. The layout is horrible but it gets the job done.

Im keeping my eye out for another one that does the same job. Im suprised there arent more apps that do this its really handy.
