personal hotspot

I can't set up personal network,and I don't know why,as you can see from the picture it dos not allow to enter the menu. It shows like something is searching.Can someone tell me what is about?

What wireless provider are you on... and does your plan w/ that provider allow for the use of the iPhone's native hotspot?

I have previously used this feature with the same provider but on Nexus S (my previous phone),I don't see why can't I use it on Iphone 4s. Is there something else or this feature is specific only on Iphone 4s?

I'd check w/ your wireless provider & make sure they have it enabled for you to use.

I sort it out...Settings/General/Cellular/Cellular data network under internet tethering/APN just put "internet"and you got it in the main Settings menu
