Outlook Contacts

I have inadvertently deleted all my Contacts in my Outlook address book. Can I sync my iPhone 6 and recover them from my phone that way, or does it only sync from PC to iPhone?

It's possible that it just works in one direction, and by trying to sync the contacts to your computer, you remove them completely.

Before you try this, make sure there's a most recent backup with these contacts included. If syncing them doesn't work, and removes the contacts from your iPhone, there's still the option to restore from that backup.

Thanks, that's what I thought! How do I back-up my contacts from my iPhone?

Use iTunes to backup your iPhone. Here are Apple's instructions:

If you backup to iCloud, it's possible that contacts are not included in a backup - if iCloud is used to sync contacts.
