Dear folks

I have outlook app installed on my iPhone X for my work emails (office365)

I created couple of subfolders with rules to organize (filter) emails.

Issue I am not receiving notifications when emails arrive to designated subfolders unless I click on a specific subfolder then it gets refreshed and emails get downloaded

I guess I did enable all the settings related to notifications

If outlook doesn't capable of doing that any other app ?

Thanks

Make sure you have all your push and fetch settings turned on in the Accounts & Passwords Settings.

I guess i done that but I don't what i am missing

I am not super familiar with the Outlook app, but I am guessing Microsoft does not have push notifications set for subfolders.

It’s possible to select a notification sound in the Outlook app itself, and it also has it’s separate settings.

If you’ve enabled Notifications for the app in the built in Settings app, also open Outlook, and go to the app’s settings. There, select Notifications:

Make sure you’ve chosen a sound for incoming emails (Sound for New Email), and that “Focused and Other Inboxes” is checkmarked.
