When the phone is locked and stowed you get a sms notification.Now,when you unlock it,you get a another notification for the same event.How do you switch off the second notification?

Do you have it set to "Repeat Alert"?

That is the only feature I don't have turned on and I don't have the issue you are describing.

Repeat alert was set to once.Turned it off and will check if it helps.Yes its fine now.Thank you
