No 3G toggle in SBSettings

I keep toggling 3G to show up in the SBSettings dropdown window, but it never shows up. I've restarted springboard, rebooted, reinstalled SBSettings, still nothing. 3G is still toggled on in SBSettings, but it never appears. Any ideas?

Just in case you were looking for reassurance, I have the same issue JB 5.0.1 - seemed to happen when I tried to use FaceTime (which I never use )

Mine just appeared yesterday after having the toggle enabled from the day before. But I don't think it does anything because my phone still says its on 3G service. It's a 4 on 5.0.1
