Nike + ipod app doesn't work

In settings I can't get this to go on. They are all greyed out. If I use multiple tasking to go to music then go back to settings it allows me to put it on, but I can't change any settings then it becomes greyed out again. When I click on the app on screen it will just crash as soon as opening. Does anyone have a work around for this please?

Download the Mac or windows version of iExplorer, plug in your iphone, go to to your iPhone folder and look for the Media folder, export the folder below and delete after making a backup.

iTunes_control / Device / Trainer

Start the app and it should work. If not you may have to do a factory reset.

I do not see a trainer folder at the moment
