New iPhone 4s won't sync/charge on computer

Can anyone help????

My new iPhone 4s won't sync/charge on my pc but will charge on the USB adapter.



Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm tired of googling. I'm running vista btw. No issues before now.

I would change the USB port. And reboot the pc also gold down sleep button and home key on iPhone until white logo appears. Hope that helps

What do you mean by that on the iPhone 4S?
This is a great deal and issue. If none of these steps work, take it to Apple. (Did you buy it from Apple or company/provider with warranty).
If you did take it back and see what they can do, if they can't request for a replacement. Or if it is a contract phone or company phone take it first to Apple see if they can fix it (Don't ask for a replacement from them if it is a Contract/Company Phone because it can be blacklisted). If they can fix it nice. If they can't request the Company/Seller/Contract provider for a replacement.

Issue turned out to be a defective cable. Easy fix. Got a new one from apple.
