Just got my phone last Friday with 128Gb Black Jet.
Can you give me or recommend me good case and tempered glass? I'm using the silicon one from apple. bought it also and received it both on Friday.

I like to use Otterbox Defender with the plastic screen protector off(I pop it out, then clean up glue residue). I work in a warehouse all day and have yet to even scratch a screen using this method (4 different iPhones now). I personally don't like the "air gap" created by those types of screen protectors that are built into cases. Lifeproof has the Nuud, but it's such a low profile protector, it doesn't really prevent things from hitting the screen.
