Need help cable types

Bought and extension cable for my headphones but it crackles. On checking my beats, l notice the cable has a 3 connection one end and a 4 the other.

No problem, but l have absolutely no idea what to search for to get a new one, one the internet.
10 meters klink something or other l guess 3 to 4 contacts l just don't know.

Help please

Even the Beats section in the Apple online store doesn't have what you need. Is this cable for an older model headphone that's now discontinued?

With your help l found the link l needed to adapt my 3 to 4 10 meter long cable.
It's coming all the way from home UK to Germany just for Moi.
