Need a little help

I added a bad tweak I think and now I'm stuck in a respring loop. Anyway of fixing this without restoring. LOL if you can't tell i'm new to jailbreaking.

Did a little research and found isprit a must have. Saved me from restoring.

Thanks a lot. If i'm reading correctly safemode is only helpful if the phone is already booted up. How can I use it if i'm in a loop?
