my iphone fell into water

my iphone fell into the water and I immediately picked it up quickly ... I disable my iphone, and I let sit while drying it ... after I dried my iphone ... turn back the first time after power speaker does not work, but soon speaker was functioning and back to normal all my iphone ... what do you think I should do?
