Moving photo from Camera Roll to a new album

I have created a few new albums and want to do a couple of things.
1. Move photos from camera roll to new album. I have figured out how to copy to new album but how can I move so its only in the new album.
2. Take new photos and save to a new album but not to camera roll.

You cant do that your camera roll is all your photos your albums are just folders your not copying its still only one photo not two kind of hard to explain. Take 10 pics and then make 2 albums and put 5 in each you still have 10 pics not 20 although it may seem that you have 20 you dont its still only 10 pics. Go into settings>about and it tells you how many total pics you have.

Wow. Based on this why would it even make sense to add albums.

This way you dont have to view all your pics thats why you make albums. Say you have an album for your kids and you have 100 pics total in your camera roll and 20 of your kids you put the pics of your kids in a album then when you want to look at those pice you dont have to look through all of your pics in the camera roll.
