Looking for Facetime instructions

Hi ..........just upgraded from a 3gs to the new 4g model and love the thought of a video conversation. Is it as simple as is described ......or does one need a wifi connection to be active? What's a "Tag"??

Right now FaceTime only works on wifi so you won't see the option to switch to it during a call unless you are connected.

or if you jailbreak it you can do it over 3G =P

Presumably, ATT hasn't enabled FaceTime on 3G because of bandwidth issues? For similar reasons, they held off enabling tethering for quite a while.

Could Facetime work if one iphone4 had wifi and the other, with no wifi available, had been jailbroken to allow 3G?

hmmm i havent tried that, but you need an app to allow to work with 3G
