The multi-award-winning, narrative-driven adventure game Life is Strange has arrived in the App Store for iOS today. The deservedly critically acclaimed console game was created by DONTNOD Entertainment and published by Square Enix. The enhanced-for-iOS version has been developed by Black Wing Foundation using Unreal Engine 4, complete with full touch screen integration. The game’s devoted fans will also get to use exclusive Life is Strange iMessage stickers, and there’s even a new in-game photo-mode so you can be like the game’s main heroine, Max Caulfield, a photography senior.

The storyline centres around Max discovering that she has the ability to rewind time when she saves the life of her best friend, Chloe Price. Max and Chloe team up to try and solve the mysterious disappearance of another student, Rachel Amber, which leads them to find out that their sleepy little town, Arcadia Bay, has a dark side.

Here are some of the game’s key features:
• A beautifully written, modern adventure game.
• Rewind time to change the course of events.
• Multiple endings depending on the choices you make.
• Striking, hand-painted visuals.
• Distinct, licensed indie soundtrack featuring Alt-J, Foals, Angus & Julia Stone, Jose Gonzales and more.

Episodes 1-3 of the five-part series are available from today, and episodes 4 and 5 will be released in Q1 2018.
“Everyone here at DONTNOD is really excited to share the adventures of Max and Chloe in Life is Strange with a new audience on mobile,” said Oskar Guilbert, CEO at DONTNOD Entertainment. “We welcome new players to Arcadia Bay’s community and look forward to discovering the story choices that they make during their stay.”
