I know that when you go from a beta release to a public release version of iOS, it's a full install, not a dalta update. The updates for my iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch are not yet showing up.
The delays caused by the conversion to the new Apple File System shouldn't be a concern for those who were on the beta version of iOS 10.3 as their device would already be using the new file system.

I didn't have to update my iPhone SE yet. It says it's up to date, although the version is not exactly the same ((14E277 on the 7 Plus, 14E5277a on the SE).
That's probably because there was no change between the last beta and the public release.

Updated my 7plus, didn't think it took any longer then any other update, less than 30 minutes. All is good!
