Laptop and iphone

Hi all
My laptop running windows 7 starter does not picup my iphone itunes does not appear, drivers does not automatically install all which is accessable is the iphone storage
Please help

Have you installed all the available Windows updates for your version of Windows 7? Are you able to install the full version of Windows 7 on your computer. I have a laptop that's running Windows 7 Professional and I've had no problems with iTunes.
Windows 7 Starter places severe restrictions on what you can do. Even Microsoft recommended installing a more capable edition of Windows 7 on hardware that could take it.

Windows 7 Starter was only available on low end netbooks at the time of its release and was never available in a retail edition. If possible, you may want to consider updating your computer as well.
