Hello friends 6 month later I went I went out side of my country. During my visit I feel that maybe I know any app which listens my language and then translate in their local language. And also if will in off line then it's too good.so I feel to ask all of u maybe in next time that will useful for me.Thanks.

ITranslate is a good app for translation of different languages. I’ve used it a little and it seems to be pretty accurate from what I can tell.

Hi Google Translator is one but l am not sure if you can down load languages.
I have Microsoft Translator on iPad.
Just downloaded it to my iPhone 5s it seems to work very well. Easy to setup. And you can download languages for offline use.

Thank everyone but 2 things we write then it's SHOWS
results, some of them had option to hear. But I thing any app that we just press button and speak and then release the button its not only translated but we can hear.

GOT IT, thanks 933, I translate voice it's a app that if we type any things in English and it will convert with a voice any language u select.thanks for give me clue(tip).
