Apple can’t install an update without your permission. Are you sure it has been installed? Or has it just been downloaded?
If you don’t want this to happen (downloading), disconnect your iPhone from Wi-Fi when it’s charging and the screen is going to be locked.
That shouldn’t happen. The software was released a few days ago, and should be installed once, and then your device should show that it’s up to date.
What exactly shows that iOS 11.1.2 was installed twice? When was it installed the first time?
Now it does say that 11.1.2 installed, so maybe it was not fully installed the first time.
Has anyone noticed any changes in battery usage or changes in charges?
