Jailbroke 3GS & Straight Talk

I just purchased an iPhone that has been jailbroken with Redsnow 5.0.1.
I'm getting ready to purchase a SIM card from Straight Talk.
Do I choose "AT&T Compatible Phone" or "Unlocked Phone (Phone must operate in 850 and 1900 MHz bands)"?
