Jail Break for Verizon

Hello all i'm new to this jail break thing. I was just wondering if jailbreaking the phone means that you can use different sounds for the calander, sms, and alarm.

as far as custom sounds u can pretty much to anything to it once u jailbreak it it's open to third party apps so it's some what like an android... sound wise u can customise your SMS and ur mail sounds to whatever is available in cydia...

Jailbreaking is so much more, but yes you can change sounds. I use ToneFX 2. There is a way to change some sounds without breaking the phone but most folks would not go through the work it takes to get that done.
