hi,can anyone help,my itunes account seems to have gone wrong,everything works except there is no app store and although purchased items appear and are checked they dont transfer to my phone.i ran an itunes diagnostic it says my firewall is blocking some parts,however when i turn this off itunes still does not work fully.i re-enstalled itunes still the same..thanks,paul.
