iTunes sync is mixing up the titles to songs

When I import music files or folders to the iTunes music library, everything is fine. When I sync to to my iPhone 4S, those songs that aren't in an album have the titles all miss-matched with the actual music on the iPhone. Anybody else experiencing this, or have you found a fix?

Try checking the case which says "manually manage music" down in sumatra page after connecting your iPhone to your computer. Also try unsync all song from your iPhone and sync back into your iPhone your selected iTunes music.
