As the rumored
September 7 Apple event date to unveil the iPhone 7 gets closer, more and more leaks are beginning to surface around the web. Yesterday, we saw what might have been the first glimpse at
high-quality photos of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models in the gold varient.
A new batch of images popped up on
Weibo today, showing what looks to be the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in the rumored Space Black(or Deep Blue) colorway. The images show the devices side by side with the rumored cleaned up antenna bars, single-lens camera on the 4.7-inch and the dual-camera on the 5.5-inch model. What is missing on both models is the Smart Connector we've been hearing about.
However, another image on the same post shows three iPhone models, space black, rose gold, and gold, which seem to have holes for the Smart Connector on the bottom. Interestingly enough, all three models have the letter "S" engraved under the iPhone logo, so this opens up the door for even more questions.
