Is there an app to do this?

I am considering an iPhone 7 as a replacement to my android, but it must be able to do this:

When I get home, trigger something that diverts all calls to my house phone. When I leave home, cancel the divert.

So, is there an app that can do this?

Not automatically, no.

You can forward all of your calls to you home phone. It's a toggle in Settings. And you toggle it off when you leave the house. So no app is needed.

My android uses an app called automate it.

Yes, I know I can manually do it but I keep forgetting, especially when I leave home and all calls carry on going to the house phone.

I will check out location based fixes in the app store.

I found something called voiphone which may do what I want.

No such luck. Maybe I will stick with Android.
