Is my iPhone 4S beyond repairs?

All I can see on my iPhone is white screen. This started after I answered a call using my Bluetooth ear piece. I was jogging at a park, my Pedometer GPS+ was active. A heart rate sensor receiver was also attached to the iphone. It seems that when I turned on my Jawbone Era to receive a call, the smart phone got over whelmed. I have done hard reset, factory reset, still all I see is white screen. Any suggestions?
