It costs over $700 to replace a new iPhone 4. Dont be fooled into thinking it costs $199 to replace it- that's cause the network provided you with a subsidy when you entered into contract.

If you dont believe us look at Apple in Australia where Apple sell direct to consumers unlocked : iPhone 4 & iPhone 3GS - Apple Store (Australia)

Ensquared has 2 iPhone insurance products that provide customers via a prepaid payment mechanism advanced for coverage protection.

Ensquared’s 1 Year iPhone Insurance product costs $98.99 and has a $150 claim deductible. Coverage includes Lost, Stolen and Accidental Damage such as drops and spills. Ensquared provides for 2 claims during the period with a limit of $1000 per claim. In most cases Ensquared will replace iPhone device since the cost and time to repair a broken device is too lengthy and not within consumer interest. More details about the 1 Year Ensquared Phone Insurance product can be found at http://www.ensquared.com/catalog/iphone-insurance/1-year-accidental-damage-plus-lost-stolen

Ensquared’s 2 Year iPhone Insurance product costs $89.99 and has a $50 claim deductible. Coverage includes Accidental Damage such as drops and spills. Ensquared provides for 3 claims during the period with a limit of $1000 per claim. In most cases Ensquared will replace the device since the cost and time to repair a broken device is too lengthy and not within consumer interest.
