Iphone 8 - 4k

My iphone 8 has a very hard time downloading 4K video to my PC. If it's a 1-2 minute video sometimes it takes a second attempt-then it goes through. For 2 days now I've been trying to DL a 5 minute video and it just won't do it. Stayed connected for about 20 minutes then I gave up. Gives an error message.

Ah what error msg? Knowing that certainly might help

What do you want to do?
1-try again
2-skip this file
3-skip all files with errors

It seems when the first file is blocked, any further files-no matter the size-won't go through.
