If you're trying to get paid music for free: that's impossible. It would be illegal, and a form of theft/piracy. It’s in conflict with terms in the App Store/iTunes Store. Apple made sure no such app can be found in the App Store.
There are streaming services like Spotify or Pandora, where it's possible to download songs, when you subscribe to them, which means you have to pay. As soon as your subscription expires, the songs will not be available any more.
