What did you try to fix this?
If not done so yet, force start it: press and hold Home and Power button until you see the Apple logo. As soon as the logo is visible, let go of both buttons. Your iPhone will power up on it's own.
Does iTunes (computer) find your iPhone when you connect it to your computer?
