Brand new user here. I bought a used iPhone a few weeks ago thinking I could fix it but I have since run out of ideas.
The iPhone 6 has the following problems
- Phone call earpiece audio does not work
- The option to go to speakerphone is usually greyed out but sometimes is not. Speakerphone works when the option is available.
- Phone proximity sensor does not work during a phone call
- Audio will no play through headphones when a set of headphones is plugged in the headphone jack (headphones verified to work on another device). Audio just plays from the loud speaker.
What I have tried so far:
- Replaced the charging port/headphone jack circuit board.
- Reset.
- Made sure the screws on the cover over the LCD connectors are in the right places.
- Searched multiple online forums. Nobody seems to have the same combination of problems that I do. I am willing to consider that these could be separate issues but since most of them are audio related, I'm thinking their tied together.
