Iphone 5S jailbreak help?

i found an iphone 5s atleast i think its a 5s at a nightclub some one must have Gotten drunk and left it at the bar

anyway how do you remove the icloud thing and jailbreak it etc

First of all: it's not possible to remove iCloud's activation lock without knowing the iCloud ID and password.

Second:
If you found it, you should bring it to a lost property office or the local law enforcement. If you intend to keep it, this will be nothing else but theft, and therefore you won't receive help in this forum.
